James McClure, President and Chief Executive Officer, has over thirty eight years of experience providing a wide range of consulting services to a variety of business ventures including; country clubs, retail establishments, housing, retirement housing, long-term care, hospitals and medical clinics.
Over the past four years he has completed complete market studies and development plans, and developed Critical Access Hospitals in multiple states. He has a unique perspective in reviewing potential projects for market feasibility. Not only does he believe that the demographics must be accurate to determine numbers of units he also has the experience operationally to determine the financial side but also all aspects of the day by day operations.
Jim has developed senior living facilities, hospitals, medical clinics and completed market studies on a variety of projects with total value over $500,000,000. His company performs a wide array of services such as business plans, market studies, strategic planning, marketing plans, marketing, operational reorganization, and financial and operational work out plans just to list a few. McClure and Associates participated in completing the 2008 Rural Hospital Renovation & Expansion Study and presented at the National Rural Health Association Critical Access Conference. Jim is one of only a few in the mid-west that understands the fifty-five plus market and how to tap this lucrative market for any type of business.
Renee Walburn, Business Management/Operation Consultant, has over 30 years of experience in the health care field. Renee is a Licensed Practical Nurse, Licensed Respiratory Clinician, is an Assisted Living Administrator and has her Masters Degree in Health Service Administration.
Renee?s career background area of expertise is Management of 16 years, Physician Practice management of 7+ years in specialty practices of Family Practice, Gastro-Intestinal and Orthopedics, 10 years in Respiratory/Home Medical Home Care ?Manager Clinical/Business Services, Regional Director of Assisted Living, Assistant Executive Director in SNF, Contract Manager of Pulmonary Medicine specializing in Transitional Care units, Sleep Lab, and SNF contracted services.
Renee has extensive experience in the finances and operation of a variety of health care settings. Expertise to include; personnel management, business office functions specific to revenue cycle improvement, medical clinic assessment, benefit analysis and bid process, policy development, ability to observe, evaluate and create processes that streamline work flow, create efficiencies, decreasing cost, and improving patient outcome.
Bonnie McClure, Vice President, has been part of McClure & Associates since it's inception. Bonnie functions as the liason to the President and other associate contacts.
Christopher Yelinko, Administrative Assistant, is a rescent graduate from Grace University in Omaha, Nebraska. He has a myriad of business endeavors that give him knowledge critical to the adminstrative duties of McClure & Associates. He has a full time position at a company specializing in business to business payments. For the last several years he has worked on a Part Time basis at McClure & Associates as the administrative assistant to the CEO.
Cassandra Yelinko, Overhead Associate, has a extensive backround as a Medical Aide. She currently works full-time at a non-for-profit organization as a Med Aide and direct patient care. At McClure and Associates she serves as general overhead for general operations.
